So, Fall State ended yesterday, and we all got back safe and tired. Everyone had a great time, and some of us even participated in debates (both official and unofficial). Elise and myself were actually part of a Tag-Team debate on whether or not women are equal to men in today's society (and on separate sides, too), as well as participating in the Impromptu Speech Contest (I spoke on how we should all move to Mars and Elise spoke on how "Luke Skywalker could totally kick Optimus Prime's butt") and the Twister competition. We attended debates such as Stephen Colbert is funnier than Jon Stewart, Meat is immoral, and whether or not Civil Disobedience is un-American. Everyone had a great time (and a lot of Starbucks) and I hope everyone who didn't go this year will come to Spring Congress or Spring State later this year. I will see you all tomorrow, where we'll talk about the upcoming Food Sale and any quick questions about Fall State or any of the other upcoming conventions that you still have.
